Schools:
The Nurses will be at the schools to give the State requirement of immunizations for upcoming Seniors and 7th graders for the school year 2024-2025 on the following days:
**Students will be bringing home a permission for the nurse to administer the vaccines. These forms will need to be returned to the schools no later than April 10th, 2024. You must include a copy of the current insurance cards with the forms. If your child has WV Mediciad and they have Unicare, The Health Plan, or Aetna Better Health, or Chips, you must attach the correct card. Cards may, also, be emailed to : amy.m.long @wv.gov, please include child's name, date of birth, and the school they attend. Thank you. ***

Breast and Cervical and Family Planning Clinics:
*Free or reduced rates on Pap Smears and Breast Exams*
Vaccines, Blood Pressure Screenings, and Family Planning supplies: New patients please bring your immunization records.
Immunization Clinic
PCV20/Prevnar, Shingles/Shingrix can be given if your insurance for Eligible Adults

Food School -- Online Classes Only
Grant County Board of Health voted to accept any online ANSI Food Handler certified courses or WV State Approved food handler's card from other West Virginia counties.
